Qld: Civil libertarians call for stalking laws to be changed
Civil libertarians are calling for changes to Queensland stalking laws to prevent extremecases of media harassment, such as that of convicted paedophile DENNIS FERGUSON.
FERGUSON has been under intense media pressure since his release from jail last Thursdayafter serving a 15-year sentence for child sex offences.
Since then, he's been living in Albion, on Brisbane's northside.
Vigilantes have pelted his home with eggs and bottles.
