FED:Deaths feared after asylum seeker crash
CANBERRA, Dec 15 AAP - Several people reportedly are feared dead after a boat carrying
70 asylum seekers crashed into cliffs at Christmas Island.
The West Australian is reporting the incident happened early on Wednesday near Flying Fish Cove.
It is believed there are 15 survivors and an unknown number of dead.
An Australian Customs and Border Protection spokeswoman told AAP they could not yet
confirm details of any incident.
